EXHIBITOR BADGE REQUEST

Rules, Regulations, Conditions, and Waiver

1.     Official GJX Show badges must be worn and plainly visible at all times by all individuals on the exhibit floor.

2.     An exhibition badge may be worn only the by the person whose name appears on it, and that person must be directly associated with an exhibiting firm. Anyone wearing or supplying an unauthorized badge or a badge belonging to another person will be subject to immediate removal from the show. 

3.     Buyers will be permitted on the exhibit floor only during hours specified in the Show Guide unless prior approval is obtained from GJX.

4.     Each booth is equipped with a fuse that supports the electrical watts purchased by the exhibitor.  In the event the booth wattage exceeds the watts purchased, and a replacement fuse is required, the first replacement fuse will be installed for a fee of $25.00.  If a second replacement fuse is required, it will be installed for $50.00, and if a third replacement fuse is required it will be installed for $100.00. If a 4th fuse is required, all electrical service will be discontinued.

5.     Each booth or exhibit area must be occupied by at least one (1) authorized person at all times. This does not apply to booths closed in observance of the Saturday Sabbath.

6.    “Hawking” – promoting or showing of merchandise outside the Exhibitors booth is strictly prohibited.

7.     Any exhibit demonstrations, displays or sounds which distract or annoy Buyers or other Exhibitors, or which are deemed by GJX to be unprofessional are not permitted.

8.     Only companies officially assigned by GJX to a booth will be allowed to occupy or show merchandise in that booth. Exhibitor shall not display merchandise other than Exhibitors own product line.

9.     Exhibitors can only display merchandise that is under the product description provided at the time the booth offer was made. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to notify GJX of any change in their product. Exhibiting product different than what you were contracted to display will result in termination of contract.

10.     Exhibitors are not permitted to either completely or partially remove their merchandise or either completely or partially dismantle their displays prior to the official closing time of the show each day. This includes closing day. Any booth that begins to close/dismantle their booth prior to 4:00 PM on closing day will have their contract/participation revoked.

11.     Exhibitors will not offer for sale any piece of jewelry which infringes on any copyrighted designs.

12.     Merchandise remaining in the vault after 12 pm Sunday, February 8th, shall be subject to $100 per hour storage fee.

13.     Utilizing showcases, furniture or any other equipment, which has not been ordered via GJX and/or not approved by GJX and/or not paid for by your company, will result in expulsion from the show.

14.     Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GJX, Show Management Co., L.L.C. and each of their respective officers, agents, members and employees against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, cost, including, and without limitation, legal fees and charges of every kind arising out of or resulting from its occupancy of the space contracted for by reason of personal injuries, death, property damages or any other cause sustained by any persons or others.

15.     GJX, Tucson Police, Show Management Co., L.L.C. or any Sub-Contractors are not liable for loss or damage to displays, goods or property belonging to Exhibitor, whether resulting from fire, storm, acts of nature (God), pandemics, air conditioning or heating failure, power failure, act of terrorism, theft, pilferage, mysterious disappearance, bomb threats or other causes.  All items brought to the Exposition and displayed are at the Exhibitor’s own risk, and should be safeguarded at all times. Each Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining insurance for his/her merchandise, exhibit and display. Riders can be attached to your existing insurance policy to cover any loss, theft and/or damage to merchandise and booth equipment.

16.     It is the Exhibitor’s sole responsibility to provide GJX with current/updated address and contact information. GJX shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in exhibitor official directory listings or in any promotional material or for any correspondence/email returned due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

17.     Exhibitor shall not use any tape or adhesive product on any of the poles in the booth. Upon inspection of the poles after the show, Exhibitor may be charged a $25 cleaning fee for non-compliance. You will be notified by email.
