Yes, our facilities are fully handicap accessible.

Guests may not be pre-registered and are required to register on-site. Guests are also required to present photo identification and be accompanied by a buyer from your company to register on-site. 

Each registered company may have up to 4 guests at a cost of $35.00 each.

No, new City laws prohibit smoking inside the tent or within 20 feet of an entrance or exit.

GJX is a “wholesale to the lapidary trade only” show. Buyers must be engaged in the gem and jewelry industry (or its related products). To register for the show you will need to provide the following: a) Copy of company’s tax identification or exemption certificate or business/resale license*,OR b) JBT Number *Note: If your business/resale license or tax ID certificate does not reflect that your company is engaged in the gem and jewelry industry (or its related products),or if your state does not issue business/resale licenses, you must provide copies of invoices for the purchases of gemstones, jewelry, precious metals or lapidary equipment, made within the last year. Each invoice must reflect the purchase of multiple items.

Monday February 3 through Saturday February 8, 2025. The show hours are Monday thru Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. No buyers will be admitted after 3:00 pm on closing day.

No children under the age of 14 are allowed in the GJX Show, including infants.

No pets are allowed other than assistance animals.

As this is a professional trade show, dress should be no less than business casual.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration.  However, if additional information is needed to approve registration, we will contact you.  If approved, you will receive an email containing a barcode for each qualified buyer.

No, badges are not mailed. Approximately 3 weeks before the show, you will receive emails for each qualified buyer with their unique barcode. Buyers must present this barcode at the pre-registered counter, along with a photo I.D.,  to receive a badge.

Shuttle service is available across the street at the Tucson Convention Center.
